Make clear that KRandom is not recommended for cryptography purposes.
Review Request #127767 - Created April 27, 2016 and submitted
Since KRandom uses qrand()/rand(), which is not meant to be used for "serious business", we could make this clear in the apidoc.
I have a single objection but if fixed it's good to commit.
I would recommend against this refinement (here and in line 46); you can have cryptographically-secure pseudo random number generators, and you can even have "really random" number generators which are still biased and therefore unsuitable for crypto. I don't want to accidentally imply too much about what KRandom does one way or the other... for all we know it might run on an OS where rand() really does come from a HW RNG.
