Description

Adopts naming conventions in kf5.
Fixes co-installability problems with libkpeople kdelibs4-based version.

I'd appreciate a +1 from l10n team, since I'm unsure of what needs to be changed/moved on l10n infrastructure.

Looks good to me; if you can push this before 01:00 CEST later today, or after 13:00 CEST tomorrow, that would be nice (so that it does not mess up with the scripty).

Also, dfaure could need to fix the release script for Frameworks to not use special exceptions for the gettext template filename of kpeople.
