Remove GLTexturePrivate::convertToGLFormat()

QImage::Format_RGBA8888_Premultiplied is the equivalent of
GL_RGBA/GL_UNSIGNED_BYTE, so we can use QImage::convertToFormat()
to convert the image.

This commit also makes the texture upload code work correctly
on big-endian systems.
