Use "preferences-system-bluetooth-inactive" icon if Bluetooth is disabled rather than vcs-removed overlay

When Bluetooth is disabled, the tray icon gets an overlay icon which looks a bit out-of-place. And since there is the preferences-system-bluetooth-inactive icon (a more translucent variant of the original bluetooth icon), why not use this. Look into the tray and immediately see "bluetooth is off". That icon is also available as pixel graphics (then it is a greyscale version of the blue logo) and so also the tooltip icon could be made grey to indicate bluetooth is off (not included in this patch).
Have been using BlueDevil this way for months now.
